Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Little You baby memory book. If you are not completely happy with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for a return
Your book must be unused: nothing written inside, no photos or items added, no pages removed.
You are welcome to open the book to look through it, but it must be returned in its original packaging, in like new condition, with all its parts, including the magnetic gift box and the sealed letter envelope.

How to start a return
Email us at amina@raytiss.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will reply with the return address and simple instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will email you and refund the full price of the book to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few business days to appear.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at amina@raytiss.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
